We currently ship our products to customers in the United States.

Each order is carefully packed to help protect handmade and natural stone products during international transit.

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery to the United States is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from India.

Duties, Taxes & Customs:
For DDP shipments, applicable duties and taxes are prepaid by the seller. You should not be charged import fees at delivery for eligible DDP shipments.

If your order is not shipped under DDP terms, import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees may be charged by U.S. authorities or the courier and may be the buyer’s responsibility.

If a courier asks for any unexpected customs payment, please contact us before making the payment.

Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will help you check the shipment status with the courier.
