For eligible DDP shipments, duties and taxes are prepaid. You should not be charged import fees at delivery.

Yes, our products are handcrafted by artisans in India.

7. Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Because each piece is made from natural stone, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are normal. These variations make every piece unique.

8. What is the size of the jewelry box?

The size is approximately 3 × 4 inches. Please check the product details before ordering.

9. Is jewelry included with the box?

No. Jewelry and props shown in photos are for styling/reference only. The listing includes the box only.

10. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we will help with a suitable resolution.

11. Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade and international nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or natural stone variations.
