Return & Damage Policy
We carefully inspect and pack every order before shipping. Since our products are handmade and often made from natural stone, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.
Returns:
Due to the handmade nature of our products and international shipping, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or natural stone variations.
Damage During Transit:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review a damage claim, we require:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Unboxing video showing the package being opened
- Email address used at checkout
After verification, we will help with a suitable resolution, such as replacement support or another appropriate solution depending on the case.
Wrong Item Received:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
Important:
Damage claims without clear photos and an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement support.
